LABSUL PARTICIPATES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE STATE POLICY OF THE PUBLIC DEFENDER'S OFFICE OF AMAZONAS FOR THE CARE OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AND DIGITAL INCLUSION

Members of LabSul participated in the construction of the Amazonas State Public Defender's Office's State Policy for Attention to Homeless People and their Intersectionalities.

Participation in the drafting was based on their knowledge of human rights and digital inclusion, which contributed to the construction of the DPE-AM's State Policy, which aims to provide access to justice for homeless people in Amazonas.

The policy seeks to facilitate this population's access to the Public Defender's Office through priority, humanized, unbureaucratic, and specialized service, taking into account this vulnerable group's specificities.
