LABSUL JOINS A COMMITTEE AT THE CNJ TO CONTRIBUTE TO HOMELESS PEOPLE AND DIGITAL INCLUSION

LABSUL now has representation as a member of the PopRuaJud National Committee of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), under the coordination of the Permanent Commission for Social Policies and Citizen Development of the CNJ, through Ordinance CNJ, of May 31, nº 180 /2022, which established this PopRuaJud National Committee to promote judicial public policies to care for homeless people, to contribute, through digital inclusion suggestions, to the construction of an inter-institutional network to provide access to justice and the exercise of citizenship.

Acts as a member of the Working Group at the CNJ to, based on expertise in digital inclusion, contribute to the construction and implementation of the National Policy for Attention to Homeless People and their Intersectionalities, with periodic monthly meetings of the Working Group with all members.

The integration as a member was due to the previous participation in the discussion and implementation strategies of the Judicial Policy of Attention to People in the Street Situation at the CNJ, which brought together organized civil society and public bodies from the justice system and the other powers. , under the coordination of the Judiciary, as a result of Resolution CNJ n. 425/2021.
